At Pine Canyon, we offer mountain living made luxurious and provide a place where residents can get away, unplug and belong. And, this Saturday, July 20, we’re giving potential residents a peek inside this beautiful life that Pine Canyon residents have come to love, as we open up one of our most popular cabin homes for an exclusive Open House event.
From 1 – 3 p.m., potential residents can join us for a tour of Deer Creek 6, one of the eleven properties available at Deer Creek Crossing, which boasts private areas that lead to tranquil hiking trails and even a future park. This intimate cabin features 2,467 square feet of comfortable living space, complete with 3-bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Built-in 2016, the property boasts plenty of indoor-outdoor living space, maximizes breathtaking views of the championship golf course and sits within close proximity of the Pine Canyon Clubhouse.
Situated on a large corner lot and tucked in the beauty of Deer Creek Crossing, the property offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, beautiful kitchen and an extended dining room with a bar and wine refrigerator. The kitchen features granite countertops, Thermador Stainless Steel appliances and an island offering additional seating for guests. Residents will, of course, have access to a wide variety of other luxury amenities, including our resort-style pool, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, Camp Pine Canyon activities and much more.
We could go on all day about this beautiful cabin home, but the only way to truly experience its splendor is to see it for yourself this Saturday.
Meanwhile, warm summer days can leave us all in need of a little cooling off. What better way to take a break from the heat than by sipping a cold brew in the company of your best friend – your furry best friend, to be exact. That’s right, we’re celebrating our furry friends this summer with our highly anticipated Pups and Pints event, on Saturday, July 20, from 4-6 p.m.
We encourage all residents to gather their loyal companions and join us for an evening of light snacks, drinks, and fun. Attendees (21 or older) will receive one complimentary beer, as well as one complimentary dog “beer” for their pup while supplies last. The event will also feature live music by DJ Elijah, so you and your furry friend can wag your tails all night long.
The cost of the event is $18 for adults, $9 for children ages 4-12 and free for children 3 and under.
