During this brief hiatus from traditional open houses and in-person tours, Pine Canyon’s real estate team has started offering video and phone consultations, allowing you to experience our community and its unique residential options while keeping a safe distance.

For the time being

We understand that it’s not quite the same as seeing the mountains, hearing nature’s peaceful soundtrack in the community, and experiencing the crisp air and clear night skies — but it gets you safely close for the time being.

And that’s the idea.

We know Pine Canyon is a special place, and that belief has only been confirmed in recent weeks as more and more owners have relied on this community as the refuge it was designed to be. Construction continues on new homes, and prospective owners continue to request information to learn how they can begin building their own mountain retreat in a community that borders the Coconino National Forest and will never experience a shortage of open space.

Pine Canyon is a place that allows owners to recharge and reconnect by exploring the outdoors around them in whatever way they choose — from hiking to biking to golf to snow play in the winter. Here, homesites with golf course or mountain views begin in the mid $100,000s and homes range from the mid $800,000s for condominiums to more than $2.5 million for custom estates.

Safety Precautions

If you’d rather visit in person, please know we will ask you to use the sanitizer we have at the entrance, remain six feet from the sales desk and tour the property in your own vehicle while being guided through the community by one of our agents. We will also provide you with gloves, facemasks and booties during your visit.

We also ask that anyone who isn’t feeling well, or is experiencing a cough, to reschedule their visit.
