The Ultimate Father’s Day BBQ Spice Rub

BBQ SPICE by Chef David Lapinski
½ C Sugar in the Raw
3 C BBQ Spice (store brand)
½ C Dry Mustard
¼ C Celery Salt
1 T Steel Cut Black Pepper
¼ C Aleppo Pepper Flakes
¼ C Kosher Salt
¼ C Smoked Paprika
Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed.
Label and store in an airtight container.
