Josh Clevenger
Director of Agronomy
Josh has 20+ years in golf maintenance and private club communities. Beginning his career in the Reno and Tahoe market in Professional Turfgrass Management, Josh’s expertise extends from construction of a new course to maintenance and care of Golden Age golf courses. His knowledge and experience significantly assisted the growth of a new golf facility preparing Sonoma Golf Club, for the PGA Tour and Charles Schwab Cup Championship. For the past 12 years, Josh held the position of Director of Golf Course and Grounds at Claremont Country Club, maintaining one of the toughest par 68, 5,485-yard courses, designed by architect Alister Mackenzie.
Loving the crisp mountain air and all four seasons, Josh, his wife Jill, and two children look forward to living in the mountains and working on a high-altitude course. When Josh is not working, he and his family enjoy venturing outdoors partaking in camping, fishing, snowboarding, and live music.
