Josh Clevenger
Director of Agronomy
Josh Clevenger, originally from Northern California, began his golf course maintenance career in the Reno/Tahoe area before moving to the Bay Area, where he completed his education and worked on the construction and growth of a new golf facility. His career highlights include time at Sonoma Golf Club, hosting the Charles Schwab Cup Championship, and 11 years as Director of Golf and Grounds at Claremont Country Club in Oakland. At Claremont, he modernized maintenance practices, restored the 1927 Alister MacKenzie design, and was named Superintendent of the Year in 2020 by the Northern California GCSAA.
Josh and his wife, Jill, have embraced life in Flagstaff and Pine Canyon, enjoying family time with their children, Jonas and Ivy, while exploring all the community has to offer.
