Eric Flatt brings decades of expertise and passion to his role as Pine Canyon’s Director of Food and Beverage. With a deep commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, Eric leads our culinary and service teams with creativity, precision, and a focus on excellence.
After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Eric’s career in Food and Beverage spanned from Executive Chef at private clubs and top-tier restaurants in Colorado and California, to Corporate Food and Beverage leadership and Restaurant Design throughout Arizona.
When he’s not overseeing our Food and Beverage operations, Eric enjoys exploring new cuisines, spending time outdoors, and connecting with the Pine Canyon community.
