Alex Bearden
General Manager
Alex Bearden, CCM, proudly serves as Pine Canyon’s General Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for hospitality to our vibrant community. Originally from Michigan, Alex graduated from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business and began her career with Marriott International’s Food and Beverage Manager in the Development Program at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Chicago.
She went on to spend 12 successful seasons at Paradise Valley Country Club, where she honed her expertise in leadership, training, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
A Certified Club Manager since 2018, Alex has been an active member of industry organizations such as the CMAA Greater Southwest Chapter and the Arizona Alliance for Golf, underscoring her commitment to excellence in private club management.
Since joining Pine Canyon, Alex has focused on enhancing member experiences, fostering team development, and driving innovation to elevate the community’s exceptional offerings.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys exploring the beautiful Flagstaff outdoors, hiking its scenic trails, and visiting the unique shops and restaurants downtown. She cherishes visits from family and friends, especially time spent with her spirited 2-year-old niece.
