Spending the Holidays at Pine Canyon

With the nights getting chilly and the faint smell of smoke from fireplaces and woodstoves lingering in the air, it’s easy to get in the mood for the holiday season at Pine Canyon. It’s a special time to be with friends and family – and Pine Canyon has scheduled a fun-filled lineup of activities to take members through the New Year.

Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28: If your mouth’s been watering thinking about turkey and gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and a big slice of your favorite pie, you don’t need to wait any longer. Chef Lapinski’s epic feast features all the traditional trimmings plus a few surprises—and a takeout option, too.

Black Friday, Nov. 29: Why battle the Black Friday shopping crowds? Whether the golfer in your life has been naughty or nice, drop by the Pine Canyon Golf Shop to find that just-right gift. Unlike the mall, you’ll also experience gracious service, a peaceful atmosphere, and special offers on unique merchandise.

Turkey Bowl, Nov. 30: It’s bowl season, and Pine Canyon’s first annual Turkey Bowl Flag Football Tournament joins the lineup as the newest holiday tradition. Enjoy a day filled with friends, family, and some old-fashioned gridiron action—plus complimentary hot chocolate, warm apple cider, and an assortment of holiday pies at our pie bar.

Ice Skating projected opening late Nov.: Mother Nature will determine exactly when the outdoor rink opens – but when it does, be ready to strap on those skates to zip around, then warm up by the fire with friends, family, and a cup of cocoa.

Brunch with Santa, Dec. 7: In addition to a delicious spread of everyone’s favorite brunch foods and beverages, there are loads of activities for the kids: crafts, letters to Santa, gingerbread houses and more.

Pine Canyon Winter Adventure, Dec. 21: Camp Pine Canyon gets into the spirit of the season with skating and sledding, music, hot cocoa, and much more!

Christmas Eve, Dec. 24: Before Santa does his rounds, join us for brunch, lunch, and a special Christmas dinner takeout. (Don’t forget: The Clubhouse is closed on Dec. 25 for Christmas Day.)

New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31: Start your day with a special New Year’s Eve brunch/lunch, 9am–2pm. Then give 2019 a final sendoff and start 2020 in style with hors d’oeuvres and live music at the Clubhouse.
