Cancellation Policy:
– 50% of the total rent will be due from tenants within 7 days of signing the Lease Agreement and shall be deemed non-refundable.
– The 50% rent balance, non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable refundable and non-refundable pet fees/deposits and refundable security deposit shall be due 60 days prior to Lease Commencement.
– If tenants cancel within 60 days or less prior Lease Commencement, 100% of the rent will be deemed non-refundable and tenant will only receive back the non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable refundable and non-refundable pet fees/deposits and refundable security deposit returned.
