- 50% of the total rent + 50% of the total tax will be due from tenants within 7 days of signing the Lease Agreement and shall be deemed non-refundable.
- The 50% rent balance, 50% tax balance, non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable refundable and non-refundable pet fees and refundable security deposit shall be due 60 prior to Lease Commencement.
- If tenants cancel within 60 days or less prior Lease Commencement, 100% of the rent and 100% of the tax will be deemed non-refundable and tenant will only receive back the non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable refundable and non-refundable pet fees and refundable security deposit returned.
