The kitchen flows seamlessly to the dining area and living room both with separate exits to the back deck.

A ½ bath and secondary master bedroom complete with an office area and bathroom with dual vanities and a shower finish out the main level of the home.

The lower level features an additional family room with a Ping Pong table and 2 en-suite bedrooms. Off the living area sliding doors take you out to the covered patio where you can relax on the swings or even in the hot tub.

*Please note, guests will not have access to one locked bedroom, the garage parking is limited to 2 vehicles and Landlord pets have been in occupants.

*Rentals have a 30 night minimum requirement for Non-Members of Pine Canyon, Members of Pine Canyon have a 3 night minimum

*Pine Canyon’s Amenities are only available to Pine Canyon Members or a Members sponsored guest

Rates:

$675 per night during Low Season
$800 per night during High Season and Holidays
$4,000 per week during Low Season
$4,800 per week during High Season and Holidays
$9,750 per month during Low Season
$13,000 per month during High Season

Low Season Dates shall be September 30th - April 30th

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 22+ days prior to your arrival your rent is fully refundable.
If you cancel 8-21 days prior to your arrival you will receive a 50% rent refund.
If you cancel within a week prior to your arrival, rent will be non-refundable.
