Pine Canyon Realty Ushers Dreams Through To Reality
A handful of team members at Pine Canyon have the unique opportunity every day, as part of their responsibilities, to dream about possibilities. Our Pine Canyon Realty team, located within the Pine Canyon community, explores breathtaking homesites, tours resale properties, and walks floorplans with prospective owners as they consider what their lives would look like in this mountain community.
It’s a special privilege, and each member of our esteemed realty team understands that. And lately, our team, which also manages resale listings and developer sales of homes built by Symmetry Homes, has been busy.
So far this year, ahead of the traditional height of our sales season, Pine Canyon Realty has managed 23 transactions. Between managing 14 resales for more than $15 million, and 9 developer home sales for nearly $9 million, Pine Canyon Realty has already achieved more than $24.5 million in sales this calendar year. Needless to say, our team has already experienced a hectic start to 2020.
In 2019, as Pine Canyon saw a 24% increase in the number of home sales and a 21% increase in the average sale price of a home compared to the previous year, Pine Canyon Realty was responsible for about $31.6 million in sales for the community, accounting for about two-thirds of the community’s total transactions that year.
To add to the activity for the team, Pine Canyon Realty recently added a new team member in Dave Purpora, an industry veteran with a wealth of luxury real estate experience.
As a senior sales executive, he joins a team that includes Brett Lee, a sales executive with a strong golf and real estate background. Lee’s contagious commitment to hospitality and personal integrity elevate our team to new heights, and his unique ability to convey the value of the envious Pine Canyon lifestyle to prospective owners reflects his deep understanding of what makes this community so attractive.
Kady Hennig, our longtime sales and membership coordinator, recently began managing listings as part of our effort to centralize our brokerage. And, Tiffany Cox continues to focus her efforts on marketing.
Deana Keck — Pine Canyon Realty’s designated broker — continues to offer her valuable institutional knowledge, keen sales acumen, and influential direction on culture as the long-tenured member of our team.
