Newest Developer Products: Coconino Ridge & Mountain Vista
Pine Canyon offers a sense of place, among pines and mountain tops, where owners can retreat from everything else that pulls for their attention. And as the summer days fold into one another, our sanctuary of a community is growing, offering even more options for those seeking refuge.
We’re excited to see the progress being made on two of our newest residential options because we know they may be the answer for potential owners in search of a mountain getaway. And we’re so proud of the energy within Pine Canyon that we want more people to experience it.
The model for our Coconino Ridge neighborhood is turning the corner on its construction, nearing the point of drywall and interior work. And, we’ve added an additional floorplan for homebuyers to choose from, bringing the total number of options to five different floorplans.
Coconino Ridge offers 32 homesites, between one-third and two-thirds acres, situated to the north and east of the first and second holes of Pine Canyon’s golf course. Floorplans range in size from 2,660 to 4,000 square feet, and design elements blend contemporary mountain aesthetics with rustic charm.
Once completed, the Coconino Ridge model will also be the home base to our new Tipler Design studio. Tipler designers will work with owners to polish every finishing touch for their luxury mountain retreat, which may even include fully furnishing a residence, an option that is available within our Mountain Vista community.
A village of condominiums, Mountain Vista is also seeing significant progress this summer, as one building is on schedule for completion later this year and a second building isn’t far behind. Once complete, Mountain Vista will offer owners the opportunity to experience luxury mountain living without the burden of maintaining a single-family home.
With four floorplans and furnishing packages that speak to farmhouse, modern, rustic and traditional styles, Mountain Vista offers diversity for owners who appreciate choices and convenience.
Because getting away is the whole idea in the first place.
