Meet The New Mountain Vista
No doubt, the mountains have a call. But, sometimes that call is muffled by a need for beach time, or backpacking time, or, let’s be honest, work time. That mix of demands and desires can make the purchase of a second home seem daunting, and possibly overwhelming for some, given the time it takes to care for an entire second residence, regardless of its stunning location.
This is why we thought you should meet Mountain Vista, Pine Canyon’s newest lock-and-leave option, allowing owners to answer when Flagstaff calls, but also easily jet off to tackle other responsibilities and adventures. The neighborhood will consist of 60 residences when completed, and Pine Canyon is offering 48 flats in the current phase. A collection of 60 contemporary mountain flats, Mountain Vista offers owners a choice among four floorplans, all of which include covered patios or decks to enjoy the community’s peaceful outdoor surroundings.
Ranging in size from 1,860 square feet to 1,989 square feet, two-and three-bedroom flats will be available, as an option, to owners as fully-furnished residences. Owners also have the option to have Pine Canyon manage their home during their absence.
Mountain Vista’s design will incorporate natural stone and rustic wood, and oversized windows will capture spectacular views of Pine Canyon’s mountain landscape. The flats maximize space with an open floor plan, two-car garages, and options for a barbecue and a detached casita.
The best part is, this option for a Pine Canyon home will soon become a reality. We anticipate breaking ground on the first building in early 2018, which will be here in no time.
