At Pine Canyon, we’re lucky to call this place home. As a golf community in Flagstaff, we enjoy a number of perks that come with life in the high country—longer tee-offs included. Our Flagstaff home comes alive every summer with a community of friends eager to spend their days out on the course, hiking trails, or enjoying a friendly flag football match at The Yard. As September rolls around, our surroundings remind us of the beauty of seasonal change. The green pines are joined by aspens and birch trees, whose vibrant oranges and yellows pop against the landscape. Fall golf here takes on a new character—a different backdrop and brisk air bring a fresh energy to the sport and our community as a whole. The season invites scenic drives, quiet hikes, and cozy moments in local cafes and breweries, each one amplifying the beauty of autumn in Flagstaff.
Our Flagstaff Home Transforms into Winter
Now, with November here, we’re watching Flagstaff slowly transform into winter. This is when Flagstaff shows off a whole new side, like a reversible coat turned inside out. Arizona Snowbowl has already opened for the season, and for now, we’re enjoying a short period of calm as we get ready for our own winter activities. As the snow deepens, cross-country skiing trails will come alive, and soon we’ll set up the ice rink and sledding hill, where even adults can’t resist grabbing a sled for a thrilling ride down the hill. Winter at Pine Canyon offers a unique, snowy retreat from the desert, giving our members and their families a refreshing change of pace and a true white Christmas.
