Hospitality Is Our Secret Ingredient
Most people have a general sense of what hospitality means. It represents the relationship between a guest and a host and is defined by the “friendly and generous reception” and entertainment of guests.
At Pine Canyon, a commitment to hospitality fuels just about everything we do, infusing every interaction we have. It’s a secret ingredient and it’s not something we use sparingly.
There are times our hospitality can’t go unnoticed, like upon check-in at one of our Club Cabins, onsite luxury retreats available for owners to use or reserved for immersive Discovery Visits. Special occasions, such as anniversaries or babymoons, are celebrated with personalized gifts or customized culinary creations. And, every detail of a guest’s stay is considered.
At our club or at the golf shop ahead of a round of championship golf, we greet our members by name, creating and nurturing personal relationships with our members in ways that make our community more connected and more inviting in the long run. That, and we’re just friendly people.
And when it comes to events and activities, no detail is left to chance. We pride ourselves on thinking of every last element, from preparing take-home activity boxes as part of Camp Pine Canyon during our quarantine period earlier this year, to organizing our locals market, hosting hot cocoa and sledding in the winter, preparing for golf tournaments and pulling off communitywide, family-friendly events that involve live music, food, games, and goodies.
We know that for our members and owners, Pine Canyon is a refuge. And our dedication to delivering an unmatched sense of hospitality helps enable that feeling.
It’s why we do what we do.
