Find Freedom At Camp Pine Canyon
Camp Pine Canyon is almost a retreat within Pine Canyon itself, offering our youngest members a refuge all their own to help long summer days slip away without a care or a bout of boredom. It’s one of Pine Canyon’s most unique amenities, giving kids the freedom to explore fun activities as parents enjoy the freedom of a few child-free hours.
As an intentionally family-friendly community, Pine Canyon curates unique programming for Camp Pine Canyon, knowing it is a favorite of our youngest members who are always eager to create new memories there, particularly during the summer months.
This season, we’ve had to get creative with how we offer Camp Pine Canyon to our members. To adhere to safety guidelines, we’ve pushed our typical Camp Pine Canyon programming to next season, which delays traditional field trips to Oak Creek and off-site excursions to entertainment venues.
Instead, we’ve reinvented how our youngest members can experience Camp Pine Canyon.
Our dedicated team members are preparing activity boxes for families to pick-up and use at home, offering a diversion for kids while parents work or relax or enjoy the beauty of a Flagstaff afternoon from their back patio without the chaos that can come with kids suffering from a severe case of cabin fever. In addition, Camp Pine Canyon staff members are offering private, in-home childcare for members to make the absence of on-site camp easier to manage.
We’re looking forward to Camp Pine Canyon’s return to our camp building. There’s a reason it’s so popular for the families who call Pine Canyon home.
